I’m currently paying for my car with a loan from you. My question is, can I get a lease, and what are the requirements? Do I have to make down payments? Monthly payments? I only travel a few miles from work to my house.
Lease requirements are a little more stringent than traditional financing. The biggest one is maintaining and keeping the condition of the vehicle near new as possible. Not to say you are allowed some door dings and minor wear and tear. Other requirements are simple: typically above average credit will get the security deposit waived, mile limitations (those are easily handled up front or at the end), 1st payment is usually due up front.
