The staff here are very nice. Lobby is comfortable and techs do a good job getting you taken care of asap. I worked with the service advisor Matt and he was great to work with and also very transparent. I had a good experience and will be back for my other service needs.
I can honestly say this Maus Nissan dealership of Port Richey goes above and beyond to retain customers. They definitely have my vote of top notch service and sales. We bought our ariya and had a minor issue. They towed it and gave us a rental until it was fixed. Though this is a standard practice for dealers, the ease of reaching the service adviser and getting constant updates definitely sets them above the rest. Communication is paramount when dealing with repairs. I highly recommend you buy and repair if needed at this dealership.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service team at Maus Nissan. They make recommendations on what your vehicle needs, but aren’t pushy about . Matt was my service provider and he was great. One of the team members even offered me coffee while I was waiting. I’ve had my Sentra 2 yrs now and I would not trade it for another.

Recently had some work done on our Rogue. Mary was a very pleasant advisor. She checked to see if our repair was under warranty, and it was. The service tech "Joseph" was very diligent in his work. While waiting we were asked several times if they could get us something to drink or a snack. They make the wait as comfortable as possible also.
Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Along with it comes a free inspection which was greatly appreciated. As a result I ended up having my rear brakes redone which was badly needed. The job was done quickly and very reasonably priced. Thank you Steve (my service technician) for the great service

It's been a while since I last had my vehicle serviced by Mary, but she demonstrated she hasn't missed a beat when I brought my Grand Cherokee in for maintenance service nearly 2 weeks ago on March 3. She's still friendly, courteous, informative, and only recommends services that are truly needed. She kept me updated on the status of the Jeep until it was ready.
