⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been a Nissan fan for many years, and the team at this dealership has always been friendly and welcoming. I recently came in for a brake rotor and brake pad replacement. There was some confusion regarding the pricing, but Manager John Zacharewich immediately stepped in and took care of the situation. He was professional, understanding, and genuinely focused on helping me. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I really appreciate John’s assistance and the way he handled everything. Thank you for making sure I left satisfied. Highly recommend this dealership!

We were sent by another Maus dealership to look at a truck. It became very apparent that the sales lady (though nice) and her manager were more concerned about what they wanted to sell and not what the customer wanted. Asked to see one type of vehicle and they insisted on showing a different one and almost arguing about it . They also seem to think potential customers are a taxi for their salespeople to get to other Maus dealerships. Yeah, that was as weird as it sounds (and I would imagine a huge liability) Save your self the hassle and head to a different Maus dealership which generally are wonderful . We bought from the Maus Acura and couldn't be happier. Edit to add : After being contacted by the loyalty manager, Mr DaRoacha, I am changing the amount of stars on this review. We had a lengthy discussion and have come to the conclusion that this may have been more of a communication problem then a poor customer service problem.
