* If you've been pining for a luxury sports coupe with aggressive design and the upscale amenities and enviable history of reliability that come with every Lexus, the RC might just be the mid-$40,000 coupe you've been awaiting. Want all that in a $63,000 track toy? RC F are the letters for you. Source: KBB.com
* Impeccable interior craftsmanship; sophisticated ride quality; quiet at speed; precise steering in standard form; V6 engine's smooth power. Source: Edmunds
* With its striking coupe body style that showcases sculpted lines and a wide, low stance the all new Lexus RC 350 was designed to blend design with performance. It all starts with the 3.5L V6 which can propel you from 0-60 in 5.8 seconds on the RWD model. The RWD models also feature 8-Speed Sport Direct Shift Transmission with paddle shifters for ultimate control. You can also alter the drive style at the switch of a dial to make your ride more responsive or efficient. Available all-wheel drive can allocate power between the front and rear axles. Inside, bolstered front sport seats are functional pieces of art and come with standard heating and optional ventilation. The optional remote touchpad uses a touch surface area allowing you to access multimedia, climate control, and more with pinch, swipe, and flick gestures like your smartphone. The Lexus Enform App Suite offers access to your favorite mobile applications through your vehicle's center-console display. After downloading the app on your compatible smartphone, you can search local listings, stream music, listen to live radio, place restaurant reservations and buy movie tickets. With the new Lexus Enform Remote mobile app, you can remotely start the engine, lock and unlock doors, check the status of doors and windows as well as your fuel level, and get help finding your vehicle's location in a parking lot. Also included in the navigation package is a 17-speaker Mark Levinson Premium Surround Sound system with DVD/CD player. Advanced safety features include blind spot monitoring, rear cross traffic alert, and a Pre-Collision System with Dynamic Radar Cruise Control. Opt for the F SPORT for sportier performance, handling, and a more aggressive design inside and out. Source: The Manufacturer Summary

  • A rare gem!!!

This is by far my favorite car I've owned, and I've owned tons. The performance, the reliability, and the fit-and-finish of this car leaves nothing to be desired. The build quality is masterful, and the looks you get from passers by highlight the rarity of this machine. The only thing I'm not the biggest fan of is the infotainment system, although that is a personal preference item, not a knock on the car itself.
  • Dream car of the decade

I had been eyeing this car for a couple of years and finally purchased it 1.5 years ago. Still as obsessed with it now as I was the day I picked it up. I love that it stands out in the crowd and is backed by the Lexus badge. Interior quality wise, I think there's room for improvement. Less plastic will help reduce any rattling noise (it is not perfect) and sharpen the interior look even more. Exterior wise, I think it stuns, especially in the Infrared color that I chose. Critics disliked that this car is a heavy weight, but for me, it means that it is well cushioned and more luxurious. It is not a real sports car but more of a cruiser anyway, so I personally don't care. I would love to see the future of this car to take on the LC500's interior and of course, increase the HP...but stay with NA.
  • Wow - Lexus does it again

So... I just bought a 2015 RC F with 7400 miles, and I am happy to share my opinion with you all. For reference, I am 50, 5-10, medium build, an engineer by training and professor by profession. I always bought used and I research my cars to infinity and beyond before making a purchase. Ive owned Lexus (GS300, GS350), a Corvette, a Honda S2000, and Infiniti (M35X). The purchase story is long, suffice it to say that I always wanted a blue car and finally decided to buy new so I can get what I want. The salesmen of course smelled blood in the water and wouldnt budge on price. Mistake. I found the blue car I wanted, used, and bought it. Saved well over 20k. This car has all the options - thanks to the previous owner - and I am happy to report to all of you out there considering a luxury sports car. First, the competition: I drove the 350 and 300, what a disappointment. Coupe, yes, sporty, no. If thats your budget range then consider the BMW 430i, its a better all around driving experience. You will have to give up on the Lexus reliability, though. I also drove the Infiniti Q60: a bit stiff and short on creature comforts, but the dealer was willing to negotiate on price. Lastly, I found an RC F and test drove it. The price was right. Competition over; winner declared. The end. Second, the driving experience: I wanted a car that I could drive to work while having my morning coffee (try that in a Honda S2000). I also wanted a car that I could take on a winding road and open up the throttle. The RC F is it. You have 4 driving modes, easily accessible via a slick knob under your right hand: eco, normal, sport, and sport S+. I like the normal setting for in town driving, feels just like my GS350 - except for the super sweet engine noise. Switch to sport S+ and you are transported into a Formula One race car. I kid you not, I was shocked at the responsiveness, the acceleration, the handling, the everything. A true sports car at this price seemed mythological - but here it is. And in blue. Third, the inside. Wow. Simply perfect. Ventilated seats in Florida, what a great idea. The seats are snug but comfortable. My 6-2 son was easily able to fit in. The dash is excellently designed, and the control knobs on the right are intelligent. Everything is where it should be. The center console is controlled by a touchpad/mouse like device right under your right palm. It takes a while to figure it out but afterwards, it works great. Lots of tech features - for example, the car remembers that I had synced it to my phone and was playing a certain Pandora station. The next time I got in, the car automatically synced with Pandora and started playing right away. Text messages and emails display on the screen. You can read them if you want. Have not played with voice control yet, but its coming. Lots of room for your stuff in the door, the glove box (once you remove the owners manual), and in the elbow rest. USB, and Aux connections, chargers, and Bluetooth. There is even an option to turn your car into a wifi hotspot. The rear seats are useless (maybe a brief case or a purse, perhaps a small dog), but not suitable for humans. The trunk is roomy. Lastly, looks: simply beautiful. Some people dont like the Darth Vader grill, but I do. The lines work well. I get thumbs up all the time. The standard tires are the best possible, but dont expect 50,000 miles - they are performance tires after all. The wheels are awesome. I highly recommend going with the 19 inch wheels. You sit low to the ground, but not like my Corvette. Dont worry you have enough ground clearance. The turn radius is very good. Oh, and lastly, the AC works like a beast - scorching to freezing in seconds. Lastly, I waited a long time for this car and was handsomely rewarded. Way to go Lexus, you hit this one out of the park.
